We size our prints strategically with a few key things in mind. 1) We want them to fit perfectly into standard size frames, so that framing them is a breeze, and also totally affordable. 2) We want them to look their absolute best when framed, so we print them with a paper border that acts as a built-in mat. Our print sizes refer to the total paper size of a print. For example, our 8x10 has a total paper size of 8x10", so it pops perfectly into a standard 8x10" frame, and an image size of 6x7.5" (or 6x8"), creating a built-in border that compliments the print beautifully.
